A private, in-home childbirth preparation course (3-3,5 hours) tailored to you and your partner. Learn breathing, movement, relaxation, Spinning Babies® techniques, and partner support - so you both feel ready for birth and beyond. ✨ 2.800 NOK per couple (Oslo area, travel included) Birth Preparation is arranged personally.
